Peter Marshall is an Education Specialist with Lumina Learning and a sought-after consultant and speaker with over 30 years of experience in education and leadership development. A former teacher and principal with the Halton District School Board, Peter oversaw leadership and staff development, mentoring, and administrator training while supporting both academic and corporate functions. During his tenure, he was recognized as one of Canada’s Outstanding Principals, building a reputation for helping schools foster innovation, well-being, and high performance. Today, Peter works across Canada and the U.S. with organizations like Crucial Learning and Solution Tree, bringing his expertise and engaging style to leaders and teams at every level.
Randi Radul
Randi Radul is the Canadian Lumina Learning Partner, a Certified Lumina Practitioner, and a Corporate Coach with over 14 years of experience. After a successful career as a Certified Management Accountant and a senior leader in manufacturing, Randi channeled her passion for leadership into a new path: corporate coaching. Using Lumina Spark™ as the foundation of her coaching practice, she grew her business into a thriving multi six-figure success, helping transformative leaders and teams reach their full potential. Now, as the Lumina Learning Partner for Canada, Randi bridges her love for Lumina with her experience in corporate leadership, development, and training to support a new generation of Lumina Practitioners and clients.
